My Goal.
​My approach to health is to achieve total wellness and happiness in all areas of life. I strive to educate others and help them reach their goals by offering different fitness programs that are personalized specifically for them to fit their needs, schedule, and goals!  A Little About Myself.
​
 Fitness has always been an important role in my life. I grew up as a gymnast turned ballerina. During my dancing career, I fell in love with bodybuilding and educating myself in all areas of fitness. I received my personal trainer certificate through ISSA. I later got a specialized certification in speed and agility, which I currently use to help young athletes enhance their athletic performance. I am also a nationally qualified NPC bikini competitor. I enjoy continually learning more in this lifestyle and look forward to sharing it with you!

I have struggled with my weight for years, never feeling comfortable or confident with how I look. While I've had some success during periods of high motivation, my results never lasted for a prolonged time because my expectations didn't coincide with my minimal results. Somehow I expected years of excess to be erased with a week of healthy eating and exercise!

Finally, I've stopped dieting and trying the latest, greatest fad... I now have a new way of viewing how I live and how I choose to live.

Jaclyn, developing a program that fit easily into my daily schedule, has been part cheerleader and part chastiser but always my champion, as I progress. Her tag line of "Go to bed PROUD" echoes in my head and has become my motto as well. I'm excited and proud that I've lost 30 lbs in 3 months, but more importantly, I'm excited and proud that, with Jaclyns encouragement, I'm healthy with tons of energy and ready to tackle the next 30.
